  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT
  2. COMCTL32.DLL
  3.  
  4. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User License
  5. Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
  6. or a single entity) and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software
  7. product identified above, which includes computer software and may include
  8. associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic
  9. documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise
  10. using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  11. EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized
  12. to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  14. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  15.  
  16. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  17. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  18. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 
  19.  
  20.   1.GRANT OF LICENSE.
  21.      This EULA grants you the following rights: 
  22.           Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited
  23.           number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided that you
  24.           may only install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from the
  25.           self-extracting archive file included with the SOFTWARE
  26.           PRODUCT and provided that you not separate the contents of
  27.           such file. 
  28.           Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute
  29.           an unlimited number of copies of the original self extracting
  30.           archive SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be
  31.           a true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark
  32.           notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA.
  33.           Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may only be distributed as
  34.           included with your own product.

  36.   2.DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  37.           Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and
  38.           Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
  39.           disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the
  40.           extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable
  41.           law notwithstanding this limitation. 
  42.           Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your
  43.           rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the
  44.           terms of this EULA. 
  45.           Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft
  46.           may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  47.           conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all
  48.           copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component
  49.           parts.

  51.   3.COPYRIGHT.
  52.      All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including
  53.      but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio,
  54.      music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE
  55.      PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the
  56.      SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The
  57.      SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  58.      treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  59.      like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the
  60.      SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the
  61.      original solely for backup or archival purposes.

  63.   4.U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  64.      The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with
  65.      RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  66.      Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph
  67.      (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  68.      clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the
  69.      Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR
  70.      52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft Corporation/One
  71.      Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  73. MISCELLANEOUS
  74.  
  75. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed by
  76. the laws of the State of Washington. 
  77.  
  78. If you acquired this product in Canada, this EULA is governed by the laws of
  79. the Province of Ontario, Canada. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably
  80. attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and
  81. further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the
  82. courts located in the Judicial District of York, Province of Ontario.

  84. If this product was acquired outside the United States, then local law may
  85. apply. 
  86.

  92. LIMITED WARRANTY

  94. NO WARRANTIES Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the
  95. SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  96. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
  97. express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or
  98. merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The
  99. entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  100. remains with you. 
  101.  
  102. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be
  103. liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages
  104. for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  105. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability
  106. to use this Microsoft product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the
  107. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow
  108. the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
  109. damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
